How we store your information
Your information is securely stored BigCartel website, Mailchimp CRM, password protected computer and phone.
We keep order information for 7 years or until consent is withdrawn. We will then dispose your information by deleting correspondence in emails and social media messages, deleting records in the CRM and deleting any payment details.
